✅ Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

How to Exchange

• Company Pickup or Self-Return: We may arrange a pickup, or customers can return the parcel using any available logistics service.
• Exchange Process: A new order must be placed on our website for the exchange. In the "Note" section, mention "Previous Order (ID) Exchange Order."
• Processing Time: Exchange orders will be processed once the returned products are received.
• Delivery Time: Exchange parcels will take 10 to 14 days to be delivered.
