Frequently Asked Questions

How long will delivery take?

Standard delivery within Pakistan usually takes 4 to 5 working days. Sundays, public holidays, sales periods, strikes, and other disruptions can add time.

How can I track my order?

When your parcel is dispatched, LittleLux will share the courier and tracking details using the phone number or email supplied with the order. You can also contact us on WhatsApp at 0306-0666509.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) in Pakistani rupees.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery is Rs. 150 for orders below Rs. 3,000. Orders of Rs. 3,000 or more qualify for free delivery.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days under our published refund policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have their tags attached. Sale, promotional, and customized items may be excluded as described in that policy.

Can I cancel my order?

You may request cancellation within 24 hours, before the order is processed or dispatched. Contact us by WhatsApp, phone, or email and include your order number.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within Pakistan only.

How do I choose a size?

Review the size information on the product page before ordering. If you need help, contact us on WhatsApp before placing the order.

What if a size is sold out?

Sold-out sizes cannot be added to the bag. Follow our social pages or contact us for restock information.
