Products, prices, and availability

Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees. We try to keep product descriptions, images, prices, and stock accurate. We may correct an error or cancel an affected order and will contact you using the details supplied at checkout.

Orders and payment

Orders are requests to purchase and are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Payment is currently Cash on Delivery only. You must provide a valid Pakistani phone number and complete delivery address. LittleLux may contact you to verify an order before dispatch.

Delivery

We currently deliver within Pakistan. Delivery charges, free-delivery thresholds, estimated times, and failed-delivery handling are described in the shipping policy.

Cancellations, returns, and exchanges

Cancellation requests must be made before processing or dispatch. Returns and exchanges are governed by the published refund policy, including its time limits, condition requirements, and exclusions.

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, scrape it in a way that harms the service, or use it for unlawful activity.
